The dark side of bad guests with true stories

Unfortunately, not all guests are polite and sometimes extremely mischievous when it comes to getting a discount. We have stories that will make your hair stand on end!

We had just finished the job at one of our customers, and the owner had checked out all our work. However, the following guests placed strands of hair and cigarette remains in the drawers to demand discounts.

Good housekeepers will always have excellent x-ray vision for hair and fur laying somewhere in the room. But they don't always check the cupboards and drawers. And this is a task you need to demand from your concierge.

On another occasion, an audacious couple of guests cleaned their hairbrush, throwing everything on the white floor and suggesting fault of the cleaning staff.

We can also find unimaginable things like drugs, sex shop items, dirty clothes. Therefore, pay special attention to these details.

One of the things we are always curious about - and probably you will be too - is why some people put their mouths on the faucet spout while brushing their teeth. So, demand that your concierge wash and polish all the faucet spouts so as not to accumulate the white residue, caused by this terrible habit.

Bottom line is, be sure to show all details during the guests checkin. Or, ask your concierge to do so.
