Patric, who owns a beautiful house here in South Florida was unsure about some visual changes in his home at first. His decor was cold and lacking few important details for a beach vacation home, so by hiring our designer consultant who implemented some colorful beach-themed decor items, replaced the bedspreads, and curtains, changing Patric's perspective completely.

Also as the existing carpet was old, we bought something more contemporary. Patric invested just $800 on that particular update.

We also created a new beautiful decor bringing coziness, harmony and colors which have received many complements immediately after the first rent.

Today, Patric has a 5 star rating on the rental platform and a sold out schedule for his vacation home until the end of March 2022.

The amount invested on the house’s new presentation was less than 3 leasing days.
